Recall and Reminder System

Committed to preventative care, we will seek your permission to be included in our reminder system. Routinely, we may issue you with a reminder notice offering you preventative health care services appropriate to your condition, e.g. diabetic assessments, pap screening, asthma assessments, aged care assessments, indigenous health assessments, etc. If you do not wish to be a part of this scheme, please let your doctor or reception know.

Fees and Billing Arrangements

Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard.
The AMA fee structure forms the basis of our billing policy and is displayed at our reception.

Our current fee structure can be found in the Patient Information menu on our website.

We currently have a combination of bulk billing and private fee structures; each doctor specifies their own fees, which may vary from one to another. To clarify, please ask our reception staff.

Prescriptions
